Pre-Arrival Consultation

Our wellness team conducts a detailed conversation to understand your lifestyle, wellness goals, and any concerns. This allows us to begin designing your personalised programme.

Arrival & Wellness Assessment

On Day 1, our doctors conduct a comprehensive wellness assessment including Ayurvedic constitution analysis (Prakriti), lifestyle evaluation, and mind-body check-in.

Step 3

Personalised Wellness Plan

Based on your assessment, the team creates your customised daily plan — integrating specific practices, yoga sessions, dietary guidance, and lifestyle adjustments.

Step 4

Daily Dincharya

Each day follows the structured Kanasu Dincharya — from 5 AM Ushapana through to 10 PM Sukhanidra. Your schedule is adapted as you progress.

Step 5

Progress Check-ins

Periodic doctor reviews to assess your experience and adjust your programme. This is attentive, responsive care.

Step 6

Post-Stay Guidance

A detailed take-home guide with dietary suggestions, yoga routines, herbal recommendations, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up consultation options.
