Terms & Conditions

1.Admission Policy

  • Guests must carry their ID proof in original at the time of arrival. Foreign nationals are required to provide their passport and valid visa.
  • At the time of arrival, guests must bring the reservation confirmation letter sent by the Centre.
  • Check-in and check-out time is 24 hours. Beyond this, a half-day charge applies up to 4 hours; beyond 4 hours, full-day charges apply. Healthy snacks or lunch before departure can be provided upon CMO/consulting doctor's recommendation.
  • The right to admission is reserved by the management and is non-transferable.
  • Even if an application is cleared for provisional admission, actual admission is granted only after physical examination by our doctors. Visitors may be denied admission after consultation if required.
  • Accommodation/package charges are payable from the date of confirmed reservation or the date of admission, whichever is earlier.

2.Cancellations of Bookings

  • Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained. After one postponement or advancement of dates, no further amendments will be permitted.
  • Notice of postponement, advancement, or cancellation must be given at least 3 clear days prior to the confirmation date. If notice is given 2 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited; if less than 2 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • In the event of premature departure (for any reason), a penalty of three days' charges or the remaining days of the booking — whichever is less — will be forfeited. Any balance amount can be held on account for a future booking.
  • Guests discharged on medical grounds as recommended by CMO/Consultant Doctor will be charged only for the actual number of nights stayed.
  • Guests discharged on account of indiscipline will forfeit 3 days' charges or the balance days, whichever is less. Any remaining balance may be refunded. Future admission may be affected depending on the severity of indiscipline.
  • Bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights. If the stay is less than 2 nights, charges for 2 nights will still apply.

3.Payment

  • 30% of the total amount must be deposited in advance to confirm a booking, which includes a 10% non-refundable processing charge in case of cancellation.
  • For memberships, the entire fee must be paid at the time of registration.
  • Credit/debit cards, online payments, cash, and demand drafts are accepted.
  • Laboratory reports, laundry, salon, and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff.
  • The package tariff is inclusive of stay, diet, and medical consultation. Certain premium therapies, if prescribed and opted for, will be charged additionally.
  • Pick-up, drop, and local sightseeing can be arranged on a chargeable basis.
  • Government taxes and levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
  • Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change with or without prior notice. Management reserves the right to take final and binding decisions in case of any disputes.

4.General Rules & Disciplines

  • Guests must bring their medical history and clinical reports for consultation.
  • Every therapy and diet has its own specific therapeutic benefit — personal choice is discouraged. Any food or medicine allergies must be declared to the consulting doctor in advance or at the time of admission.
  • Therapies are prescribed based on clinical condition. Delays or rescheduling requests may lead to cancellation of the therapy session.
  • Guests above 80 years of age and children below 14 years are generally not permitted. Such requests require CMO approval.
  • Guests weighing over 140 kg will not be admitted for treatment.
  • Guests with unstable heart conditions, pregnant women, immobile or visually impaired guests, and patients in terminal stages of cancer, TB, or any contagious/infectious disease will not be admitted.
  • Some treatments will not be prescribed during the menstruation period of female guests.
  • Self-medication is prohibited. Any essential medications must be declared to the CMO, who may permit their use under in-house doctor supervision. All drugs or medicines in your possession must be disclosed at the time of arrival.
  • Tea, coffee, and aerated soft drinks are not allowed. Outside food and drinks (except fruits) are prohibited. Food supplements and therapy-related items are available at our centre if prescribed.
  • Use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is restricted on campus, except inside guest rooms.

Alcohol, cigarettes, pan, gutka, or any form of nicotine are strictly prohibited. A guest found using or in possession of such items may be summarily discharged.

  • Guests are not permitted to leave the premises without the permission of the CMO.
  • Do not bring valuable ornaments to the property. The management will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
  • Avoid using laptops, mobile phones, and earphones on campus as they divert attention from your wellness goals.
  • Guests are advised to carry comfortable clothing: loose cotton garments (kurta-pyjama/salwar-kameez), sportswear, running shoes, swimwear, and appropriate wear for winter and rainy seasons.
  • Guests are requested to follow all rules and regulations, maintain decorum, and preserve the sanctity of the property.
