
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2026
We understand that plans can change. All cancellations must be communicated via official channels — Email or WhatsApp only.
1. Cancellation by Guest

| 30+ days before arrival | Full refund (minus processing fees) |
| 15–29 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| 7–14 days before arrival | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days / No-show | No refund |
2. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their stay once, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 15 days before the original arrival date. Rescheduled dates must fall within 6 months of the original booking.
3. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to leave before the completion of their programme, no refund will be provided for the remaining days. In exceptional medical circumstances, the team will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Early Arrival
Arrival before the scheduled check-in date will be treated as an additional stay with applicable daily charges.
5. Cancellation by Kanasu Wellness
In the rare event that Kanasu Wellness needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
