LAGHAVA draws on the Kapha-pacifying principles of spring Ritucharya. The programme integrates detox-supportive Ayurvedic practices, lighter satvik nutrition, and cleansing yoga sequences that help shift stagnation and restore vitality.
Practices include Udvarthanam (an invigorating herbal powder massage performed upward against the hair follicles to stimulate circulation and promote lightness), Dhanyamla Dhara (a fermented herbal liquid poured as a gentle stream), and targeted Panchakarma preparatory practices as appropriate for each guest.
Naturopathic elements include guided hydrotherapy sessions and nutrition counselling focused on spring-appropriate foods - light, warm, astringent, and pungent foods that support the body's natural seasonal transition.
