Your stay begins with a thorough Prakriti (Ayurvedic constitution) assessment conducted by our senior doctors, followed by a personalised daily plan that draws on the principles of Ritucharya - seasonal living.

Practices include warming Abhyangam with sesame-based herbal oils, Pinda Sweda (warm herbal bolus massage), Navara Theppu for deep nourishment, and internal wellness protocols that support digestive strength. Yoga sessions are energising and grounding, emphasising pranayama techniques traditionally associated with building Prana (vital breath).

Nutrition during OJAS follows a warming, Vata-pacifying satvik meal plan featuring seasonal produce, warming spices, herbal preparations, and freshly prepared ghee-infused dishes aligned to your constitution.
