How It Works
The session begins with a full-body Abhyanga using medicated oils suited to your constitution and condition. Warm herbal pouches are then prepared fresh, filled with a combination of therapeutic ingredients depending on the type of kizhi selected Elakkizhi (leaves, coconut, lemon, rock salt, garlic), Podikkizhi (herbal powders, lemon, oil), Navarakkizhi (Navara rice, milk), or Narangakkizhi (lemon, satakuppa, mustard seeds). The heated pouches are applied in rhythmic strokes and circular motions to generate therapeutic heat and sweat
