Goshala Healing
About This Therapy
Goshala Healing is a one-of-a-kind experiential therapy offered at Kanasu, rooted in the ancient Indian understanding of the cow as a sacred source of healing, abundance, and purity. Our gentle Bos indicus (indigenous Indian) cows carry a calm, nurturing energy that has a measurable effect on human physiology and emotional well-being. In a world increasingly disconnected from nature, spending time with these animals in our serene goshala offers a rare and deeply grounding experience.

How It Works
Guests are invited into the goshala to spend quiet, unstructured time with our indigenous cows. You may feed them, brush their coats, sit beside them in stillness, or simply observe their calm presence. No agenda, no performance just gentle, natural interaction. Sessions are available at specified times in the morning or evening, when the cows are most calm and receptive. The milk produced by our cows is also used in Kanasu's kitchen and therapy preparations.
