Pada Abhyangam
About This Therapy
Pada Abhyangam is a classical Ayurvedic foot and leg massage using specially selected medicated oils. In Ayurveda, the feet are considered a microcosm of the entire body — each area of the sole corresponds to internal organs and systems. Regular foot massage is regarded as an essential self-care practice that grounds the nervous system, improves circulation, and promotes full-body relaxation.

How It Works
The therapist applies warm medicated Ayurvedic oil to both feet and lower legs, performing a structured sequence of strokes, pressure points, and joint movements. The massage covers the soles, heels, arches, ankles, calves, and lower leg muscles. Specific pressure is applied to reflexology-aligned zones to stimulate corresponding organs and systems. The session promotes relaxation from the ground up.
